In cooperation with selected local governments, Somers is now providing digital tax parcel data online for download.
As Westchester County does not maintain tax parcel data (a local government responsibility), the county is providing access to the data in “as is” condition as obtained from the municipality or its tax mapping contractor. Some of the data available for download contain Section Block and Lot (SBL) number with Property Classification Code, but others will only have SBL numbers.

Westchester County GIS does not distribute any municipal tax parcel datasets unless available for download from this page.
Tax parcel datasets will be updated periodically and/or when new data becomes available. There is no established update schedule.
