VACCINE PHONE LINE

The Westchester County Department of Health has set up a phone line for residents to speak one-on-one with nurses and doctors about the COVID-19 vaccines. Beginning 8/18/21, residents can call 914-995-5800 to speak with medical professionals in English or Spanish to ask questions or get answers to their concerns.

HOMEBOUND RESIDENTS

Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services announced additional homebound vaccinations. Click Here for Information.

COUNTY PARATRANSIT

They will provide free transportation to all seniors and disabled constituents who need a ride to their vaccination appointment.

  • All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, in order to allow time for scheduling
  • To make a reservation, residents can call 914-995-7272.

Vaccine Rollout Eligibility:

New York State's online scheduling tool is the quickest way to confirm you're eligible and make an appointment. You can also call the New York State COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline at 1-833-NYS-4-VAX (1-833-697-4829).

All individuals 12 years of age and older that reside in the United States are eligible to receive the vaccine. While the vaccination process is underway, New Yorkers should continue to wear a mask, social distance, avoid large gatherings and follow all other health guidelines.

COVID-19 Testing Facility:

There is a testing facility located at 265 Route 202 (the Old Chase Bank).
