Camp Employment

We are always looking for excellent candidates for our Summer Camp program. We take the role of our staff very seriously and are looking for those who will do the same. The safety and enjoyment of our campers is of the utmost importance to us.

If you are enthusiastic, dependable and enjoy working with children, then you may be the candidate we are looking for. We are interested in quality staff members who approach their work in a professional manner.

Day Camp for  grades entering K-8th in the fall of 2023 will be held at Reis Park, Monday through Friday, June 26th to August 4th. Staff hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. for counselors or 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for administrative staff daily.  Camp will not be held on July 3rd & 4th.

PLEASE NOTE, staff MUST be available to work  ENTIRE 6 WEEKS of camp, this includes attending the mandatory. Staff Orientation Training on Mondays June 5th and 12th at the Reis Park Pavilion 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., rain or shine.  

Open Positions:

First Aid Supervisor: Must be 21 years of age by 6/26/23- Manage medical concerns, emergencies, & injuries. Manage and maintain inventory of medical supplies, medications and medical records for all campers and staff. Supervise first aid provided by other camp staff. Approximate salary for 6 weeks $5,400.00

Arts & Crafts Specialist: Must be at least 20 years of age by 6/26/23 - Work closely with the Camp Director to implement a well-planned program of arts and crafts projects. Teach campers daily to create projects. Manage and maintain camp equipment and inventory. Approximate salary for 6 weeks $4,200.00

Camp Counselors: must be at least 16 years of age by 6/26/23- Supervision of campers at all activities throughout the day. Work closely with the Director and Division Heads and Specialists in coordinating group activities throughout each day. Approximate salary for 6 weeks $2,200.00
