Town Clerk

The Town Clerk, elected to a four-year term, has many varied responsibilities. The Clerk is responsible for the Town Board minutes and follow up of Town Board meetings, the safekeeping of Town records, elections liaison, Freedom of Information Officer, Records Management Officer and Registrar of Vital Statistics. 

The Clerk is also in charge of the issuance of Marriage Licenses, permits for 80 commuter parking spots at the Katonah Woodsbridge Parking Lot and handicapped parking permits. Also issued in the Office of the Town Clerk are dog licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, refuse licenses and dance and/or entertainment licenses, and filming permits.  Clerk's office also provide Notary services.
