ATTENTION: As a public service, the Town of Somers will assist you if you are receiving “BLUE PLASTIC” wrapped Northern Westchester Express newspapers and want them discontinued. Please email tsavva@somersny.com with your name, address and phone number and the Town will forward your information to the Journal so the dispatcher can remove you from the distribution route.  Be aware it can take about a month for them to stop distributing once they are informed.
